Safeguarding Policy

1. Our Commitment

At AntroPro, the welfare of the child is paramount. Although our staff do not have direct physical contact with children, we acknowledge our responsibilities under international child protection standards and the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child.

2. Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL)

AntroPro has appointed a DSL to oversee child protection matters relating to our digital platform.

3. Digital Safety and Data Control

We empower parents as the primary gatekeepers. A child cannot create an account. Measurement data remains private and is only visible to sports professionals if the parent actively authorises the sharing.

4. Safer Recruitment

AntroPro operates a strict safer recruitment policy. All staff members with potential access to the database undergo comprehensive background checks.
