Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AntroPro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. User Accounts and Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you are entering data on behalf of a child, you warrant that you are the parent or legal guardian with the legal right to provide and process this information.

3. Medical Disclaimer

AntroPro is a digital data analytics service designed to assist with sports profiling. It is NOT a medical device, and the information provided does not constitute medical advice or diagnosis. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to a child's training regimen.

4. Subscriptions, Payments, and Refunds

  • One-Off Purchases: Due to the immediate delivery of digital PDF reports, one-off purchases are non-refundable once the report is generated, in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
  • Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

5. Data Usage and Anonymisation

You grant AntroPro the right to use the metric data you input in a strictly aggregated and anonymised format (where neither you nor the child can be identified) to improve our predictive algorithms.

6. Limitation of Liability

AntroPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Acting Law of the Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC), which is based on English Common Law. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the AIFC Court. However, if you are a consumer residing in the European Union or the UK, you will also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the consumer protection laws of the country in which you reside.
